150 quid is quite high for something that only serves one purpose. Recently I bought an electric grill for $200 that is slightly larger in surface area than what you have here, but has 3 sets of interchangeable plates that include the waffle maker, smooth surface griddle, and grill-like ridge textured. Has similar presets, dual independent temp control, and an app that tells you what settings to use for what food you're cooking (does not connect to app). Can also be opened up flat to double the cooking surface.

I have a version of the rolling grater that I picked up at a flea market for €4 a few years ago. It clamps onto your work surface instead of having the suction foot, which makes it REALLY stable. Mine is quite a bit bigger than that one and I don't use it very often but when I need a wedge of parmesan quickly grated or some courgettes (zucchini here in Germany) evenly sliced then it's my go-to gadget :)

Hmmm, was impressed with the waffle maker at first, I mean it looks clean and all, but once you started using it.,. They look to me like cheap square SUZY waffles, the machine can't be flipped and it looks like the waffles lay deep in them, so flipping just the waffle manually seems like it can't be done? Not to mention, it looks like cleaning the thing will be a pain in the.,.

@SORTEDfood leaked, hmm, saw it kinda.,. 😛 but aniway, I'm srr to say, but for that price, you could as easily buy a Tefal 4in1 King-Size waffle iron, what's like it suggests, not just for waffles but also a great panini, etc.,. Not to mention, I'm srr but apart from it being square, I find it hard to believe that filled waffles will be as easily made with this, as you would be able with something like say less than a third of the price.,. 😅

The weighing spoon is doomed for failure because of physics. They assume its always held at a certain angle and the weight is distributed evenly. It is because you putting ingredients on a lever and measuring the force required to balance it on the other side. It is far less accurate than a plate scale where the force is always normal to the reader and the location of the stuff being weighed is less important.
