I would like to come in on the fact that you guys always talk about gadgets that would help people with disabilities, and the lemon thing is actually not useless, I would totally buy it, because I have hypermobility and my wrists hurt so much that that pretty much stops me from squeezing lemons or using a lemon squeezer so that would be really helpful

only problem i have with the air up is availability. 25 liters is going to last me 20-25days most likely and i dont feel like ordering refills every month since i have to ship them. it would end up spending more money&effort on drinks than i do now since i mostly just drink tap water. i really want one but i just dont see how im going to keep the rings stocked. i dont mind the initial amount of money that it costs at all though

The candy box, i think people like to use it during festive season when people would visit your house sitting in the living room, then you can let them try many specialty snacks, nuts or candy in that fancy box. But then you will have to consider whether it spills out, keep the ants out, air tight or not, which it doesn't seem to serve those purposes, so yeah useless.

I really like the concept of the Air Up bottle, but I would honestly never buy it. I quite like the taste of water, and that bottle looks even bulkier than the one I carry now. And of course, there's still the problem of having somewhere to fill it and a bag or empty hand to carry it. Air Up solves the problem of whiny people who refuse to drink plain water for no good reason, but it doesn't solve the convenience issue that truly drives the bottled water market.

Why would anybody ever need a "Scoof?" Since the loose-leaf tea trend has fallen by the wayside with companies like David's Tea urging you to use make-your-own refillable teabags, I have all these mug steeper/strainers hanging around my cupboard. So, now I just rest one at the edge of my sink and when I was my coffee press I swish some water into it and pour it into there. Problem solved!

i wonder if when a chef tries "spherification", aka; making any liquid into tiny caviar of that liquid, if the chef tried adding aromatic flavors like vanilla or cinnamon to the calcium solution, if it would add that aroma to the outside of the "caviar" but not the inside. if so a chef could make not just watermelon caviar, but have a really tart lemon exterior that pops into sweet watermelon.

Unless you have issues with your hands or dexterity or some other specific reason why it would be challenging to eat with chopsticks, the easiest and most effective way to learn to use chopsticks is to use a normal pair of chopsticks to eat a variety of foods and to cook with. Even kids pick it up pretty quickly. Also helps to have a Chinese boyfriend that you can watch while you’re figuring it out.

You're wrong about coffee grounds, my grandfather was both a master plumber and master electrician (in the days when they were important) he said neither coffee grounds or tea leaves block the sink, it's other things like bits of food and fat and oils which go down the drain, as long as you don't put stupid things down your drain, coffee grounds and tea leaves will keep your sink clean and fresh.

At least for me, I just ordered one because I had exactly the problem you describe; I think normal tap water is boring, but I keep to it because I just don't wanna spend the money and produce the waste buying flavored water. Best way to learn chopsticks is with popcorn. It’s light and oddly shaped and while you might not be able to pick up everything like a master after it helps you at least get the basic holding technique down which can be harder to figure out with more slippery foods. I learned this way back in middle school my geography teachers husband was Japanese and that’s how he taught her.
