so i've just learned that pili nuts are actually kinda rare overseas 😲 mostly i've had them as pili tarts, usually given as souvenir gifts when someone's been to the bicol region where they're grown here in the philippines.

God i hate traditional chinese medicine... Wives tales passed through generations used as evidence. I really love your vids, but sometimes you do show some products that are moraly gray. I do understand though, you guys aren't medical professionals, so you probably wouldn't think much of the claims. Now for the product. Enhancing blood flow to the penis is possible, but also other stuff in traditional chinese medicine is claimed to do the same. Antioxidants, they are quite common, eating a normal diet will provide plenty, citrus also has antioxidants. They don't enhance brain function, they prevent oxidation and thus detrioration of cell membranes (funny thing, as far as i remember, brain cells don't have a membrane, so they wouldn't benefit them in that area). Immune system boosting - bollocks, your immune system isn't a guitar amp that has a dial. Enhancing the effect of vaccinations? Absolute red flag, bollocks of the highest degree. Also, them throwing in that it helps cancer patients? They are cashing in on suffering, 100% It's quite common in the "natural health" community. Kinda scummy in my opinion. If you like the taste of that coffee, go right ahead! But don't buy it for the health benefits. Now, i'm not against using herbs and teas as remedies for headaches, sore throats, coughs. There absolutely are benefits to some herbs and teas. But sometimes it is better to take a tablet or pill, aspirin, for example, is made from willow bark! But you get the active substance, without the extra stuff in the bark, making it more usable, and easier to control the dosage. Please, talk to you doctor, if the things he recommends seem iffy, seek a second opinion. Also, don't force them to perscribe antibiotics, if he recomends drinking green tea and honey for a cold, do it. It's probably a viral infection, meaning that the antibiotis do diddly squat. Getting off of my soap box now. Enjoy your day, and more Sorted videos!

Fun fact, you aren't just supposed to stay 6-feet-away outside your homes, you're supposed to inside as well. There's a number of ways you or someone else could be a carrier and not know it. Now I recognize that can be difficult with young children but getting THAT close is just asking for trouble.
